After extensive review, including interviews with 10% of its workforce, AESSEAL has proudly retained its Investors in People accreditation. Established in 1991, Investors in People is the global benchmark for excellence in people management, awarded to organizations across industries, from SMEs to public sector entities and charities.
AESSEAL Managing Director Chris Rea emphasized the importance of this achievement:
