The AES Engineering Group Ltd has announced the launch of AESSEAL NSW Pty Ltd, partnering with two leading New South Wales companies, in line with the Group’s ongoing global growth strategy.
Under the terms of the deal, the New South Wales companies Stevco Seals & Pumps Pty Ltd, and Australian Engineering Sales & Service Pty Ltd (AESS), have sold a controlling stake for an undisclosed sum to the UK-based Group, which owns AESSEAL®, the world’s largest homogeneous designer and manufacturer of mechanical seals. This makes the entire product and service portfolio of both AESSEAL® and AES Sealing products available to serve the Australian sealing market to the highest global standards.

The acquisition was completed and the new company formed on Thursday 31 March 2022.
