In addition, Group Engineering Director Stephen Shaw was presented with a Lifetime Achievement Award, and International Business Assurance Manager David Montero was named Green Ambassador of the Year.
AES Engineering Managing Director Chris Rea said, that it was an honor for the company to be recognized for its action and commitment on sustainability and the environment by its peers, and by the community where it is based.
This encourages us to work even harder to create sustainable jobs and provide leadership in the fight to ensure there is a future for our children and grandchildren. We are benefiting from our decision to give a high priority to sustainability projects. This not only helps us as a business but is also enormously beneficial for customers, and ultimately for the planet.
