The EcoGuard™ Emission Solution offers 3 primary methods of reducing and eliminating harmful gases, with the ability for each method to be easily installed to existing equipment:

Zero Emission Sealing

Harmful gases used during operation are replaced with Nitrogen, meaning this inert gas is the only gas to leak to the atmosphere. Additionally, the Nitrogen is cooled to allow the seal to operate at higher pressures, speeds & temperatures.

Vent Recovery

Greenhouse gases that would normally be released to the atmosphere or burnt off via a flare are captured at source and are boosted by EcoGuard, allowing them to be reinjected back into the compressor or stored and used elsewhere by operators. During shutdown and static operation, unfiltered gas may enter Dry Gas Seals, causing damage and failure. To prevent this, operators vent the entire compressor the atmosphere. EcoGuard™ can provide

Mass Venting Avoidance
